You said in that sentence that "man is not privy to that decision" which is false since, as I demonstrated, it's fully in everyone's hands. The whole idea of predestination is wrongly put to begin with -- God does not choose, he offers a universal possibility. Thus, there are only people who have a very high chance to be saved and there are people who have almost none, while majority of humans fall somewhere in between. (But again, it depends on one's choices and effort.)
So, to that extent I agree with you about the need for "evangelization." However, then the question arises, toward what are you leading people? Something tells me that you need to be evangelized, too.
First, I will repeat the same what I said a few days ago to a prolific writer who considers himself a liberal Christian:
“Is it not written in your Law, ‘I have said, You people are Elohim”, the same Elohim who in the beginning created etc., the same Elohim who led Israelites out of Egypt and is mentioned as such in Ten Words, the same Elohim who is G-d of Abraham etc., the same Elohim who addresses himself as "I Am that I Am"? I'm telling you, everyone can proclaim "Before Abraham was, I am," because “I” and “the Father” are, indeed, one as in the same. That's the Good News.
