Yes, that's the gist of it. Ocean knows all waves by literally being them. Furthermore, the whole of universe, no matter your conception of it, is "in" your mind. Mind, whose content is made known (and aware to itself) by reflecting the same identical consciousness that "illuminates" all minds (and their representations of universe). Hence, wherever and whenever there's anything knowable, it's known by the same subject (who's simultaneously and literally also all objects). But as I said elsewhere, this is not something you can figure out, comprehend, or make sense of because it's beyond all phenomena and their concepts. You simply have to "see" it for yourself.
