Quite to the contrary. Since "causal streams" become more clear, one can see e.g. the dangers one escaped in the past by sheer dumb luck. So, also the possible consequences of future actions become more clear. Enlightenment does not eradicate self-preservation instinct. If it does it's not enlightenment, it's insanity.

Naturally, but the macro level causality is inescapable. I.e. e.g. a cornered dog is bound to attack you whether you are enlightened or not. That's neither good nor evil, that's just the way things are.

What shadow? Death is the definitive dissolution of a particular form into another one. And just as a side note -- if a spiritualist has to believe, she's definitely not enlightened.
