While I agree with a lot of what you've written here, I find Judaism (though for different reasons) equally annoying. Mostly its Messianic offshoot, and Chabad-Lubavitch dynasty in particular.
First, what you perceive as lack of proselytizing is merely a form of self-segregation in order to uphold the VIP exclusivity of the cult on cultural and genetic basis. Here, straight from horse's mouth:

Next, it's no secret that Chabad (but basically all dynasties) hold a tremendous political power, not that dissimilar to Vatican, US evangelicals and Eastern Orthodoxy of today or Roman Christians of the days of yore. And not only is Israel, but also in US, Russia, etc.

It is also not true that Judaism is not theologically dogmatic and bonkers -- e.g. only some 350 years ago, Baruch Spinoza was patently excommunicated (probably) for what would later became known as his pantheistic philosophy of Deus sive Natura. That excommunication effectively cut him off from the support system of the closed Jewish community (btw. he was never rehabilitated, his herem is still in action). Well, at least they didn't stone him as they would do it before and what some pretty powerful lobbies in Israel quite successfully push for even today (re-establishment of Halachic law, animal sacrifices, etc.). And such excommunications were (and de-facto still are) nothing extraordinary (just the fallout is nowadays no that severe).

As a Jew you should also know how we suck exceptionality from our mother's breasts and, even if brought up in completely secular environment, there is always that expectation of exceptional deeds and making a dent in history. Which in itself is not bad, it's a powerful motivator, but it makes it rather clear why we attract so much hatred (and just for the record, I don’t think it can be shrugged off as mere jealousy).
And so on and so forth.
Well, to paraphrase Richard Dawkins when he criticized Faroe Islands’ dolphin hunts, essentially all people on Earth could be told, “If this is your culture, please get a better one.”
