Well, you may be correct that Dawkins, Dennett, and even Darwin are just angry little men trying to settle their score with God. But if they didn't follow the scientific method and pursued bad philosophy then essentially whole of science starting with Greeks can be thrown out because it follows the same pattern. I'm quite happy with that modern science though, because no theism has explanations that would satisfactorily explain my experiences. Advaita and Buddhism are different beasts, and frankly I could appreciate the bits and pieces of truth buried among tons of BS in Bible, Quran, but also Vedas only after I realized who I am (before, I was merely utterly puzzled and intrigued what are those folks talking about, but didn't understand a thing).

That being said, of course I cannot give you watertight scientific proof that there's no teleology other than a solipsistic one. Can you give me one that there is? I doubt it. But also I don't need it. I'm pretty ok with no explicit meanings.

I looked at the link you gave me in the other reply. Not only is there a "He", few lines later (when you read that particular Upanishad) Brahman is referenced as Spirit. Well, this is one of the reasons I never recommend anyone to embrace any of the existing spiritual traditions wholesale and why I have my own take on it that fits on a A4.
