We can say that personhood is awareness (or consciousness, without which no one would have a sense of a person to begin with). But there it stops. So, it's not awareness of, or on, something. Just awareness as such. Perspective is not exactly a fitting word in this context, hence the scare quotes.

As for the rest, I mentioned social identity. That's the part which may be treated as opposite to wildness as both are POVs in the sense in which you use the term. Personhood underlies both of these POVs equally.
