We all have what it takes to know God. Talking about blind person was probably not the most fortunate choice because in reality we are just trained from early childhood to close our eyes. We are born with eyes wide open but by the time we are young adults our eyes are firmly shut (but to the defense of our caretakers -- since they were conditioned the same way, they simply knew no better). Thus, it's enough to open our eyes. Here and now. After all, God is the God of living. All what is needed is a bit of faith and hope that eventually you'll become like Jesus. That is, you will know that you, as well as anyone else, can safely proclaim, "I and the Father are one" or "Before Abraham was, I am." You will realize that you were always living in the kingdom of God and that we never left Eden. As for how to open one's eyes, it's actually pretty simple (fits on an A4) even though I dedicated several years' worth of articles to that topic repeating myself like a broken record :D
