This would be funny if it was true. Judaism is far from not taking itself seriously. But I bet Canaanites (nowadays especially Palestinians) are laughing their asses off at this Jewish comedy, while the rest of us are truly hysterical at shenanigans by the likes of Goldmans, Saches, Lehmans, Kuhns, Loebs, Lazards, Rothschilds, Warburgs, Sterns, Wendels, or Weinbergs. Also, what's with this constant Jewish victimhood? There were ethnic groups that were persecuted with the same (sometimes even greater) zeal (e.g. Slavs or Native Americans) none of whom spin their identity around those sad facts, and none of whom have even the slightest ambition to rule the world — something that cannot be said about Jewish religious authorities. Still, the greatest irony is that these sentiments automatically make me into an anti-semite, which is rich considering that I'm partially Jewish myself (a fact that makes me an untermensch in the eyes of pureblood Jews, even more unter than your average goy). Or did I miss some deeply buried satire in your piece?
