This is not true. Wildness may be the opposite of social identity shaped by civilization, but certainly not personhood. Personhood is your subjective first person singular "perspective" and it is demonstrably innate not only to humans but also to (at least) all mammals and also birds (though I would personally go much, much further -- alas, that would be just anecdotal evidence). Thus, personhood is part and parcel of what you insist to call "wildness."
