There is no other meaning than to know oneself. That is valid as much below, as it is valid above. But can that be even called meaning? The notion of absurdity of life, I would say, stems from the absurd position these "intellectuals" assume and which seems to originate in their notion that their pristine perfect minds (or they as human beings) are somehow not part (and product) of this "hostile" universe. Quite the irony when science proved without any shadow of the doubt that that is not the case.
