There is an error in all of these definitions. It's that they all talk about “consciousness of”. But there is no consciousness of inorganic matter. Inorganic matter is consciousness. Exactly as our body-minds. It's only that in the case of matter arranged into a living being, that living being (and human particularly) is basically a “feedback mirror” in which consciousness can see itself, so to speak. So, it's not that a stone is conscious – stone is consciousness. Similarly, body-mind is not conscious, it just allows consciousness, that is, you (as “I”), to see itself while still being nothing more but (insubstantial) consciousness.

When it comes to panpsychism, again, it's not that everything has mind. It means that everything is mind. And that is true for all phenomena. In case of “living feedback mirror”, mind is all that is ever cognized. All your experiences happen to you as your mind constructs -- first and second order meta-representations of world that arise from, and are arrangements of, universe (which is nothing more but consciousness). They are translations of universe into your private “mind-world”. In case of universe at large, mind is simply the inherent data (see matter-energy-information equivalence).

And finally, when you are tripping, you see these equivalences superimposed on intuitive (but illusory) dual nature of universe, hence we get all these weird misrepresentations. In other words, you have a “gut feeling” that all is one, but you still see it as two, because that's how it appears. That is also the reason why it is essential to know the “nature” of consciousness first hand in order to see how it all fits together.
