There are certainly huge problems with how Christians interpret Bible, what they consequently believe, which further informs their actions. So, casting doubt on it by all means available may seem like a valid strategy. But I think it's counterproductive to use interpretations that are equally off and misleading as popular/official Christian theology. In the end, provided you are interested in truth (outside the context of this series and in an overall point of view), you will have to get rid of them anyway.
