The greatest command is a reference to Deuteronomy 6:4–5 and Leviticus 19:18 which are both summaries of the respective tablets of Torah i.e. Ten Words. You cannot claim to follow Jesus, if you don't keep them. All stories Jesus told are parables that highlight individual aspect of those ten commandments which constitute the Everlasting Law.

You use many vague words and phrases, but in essence Jesus invites you to know God as clearly as you know the Sun. Sadly, that will never happen while you don't see Jesus as your equal.
