Singularity is already a manifestation. It's not that information (or better said data) arises in it, singularity is pure (seeded) data. However, utterly unstable. Thus, it collapses into energy and subsequently matter within a fraction of a second. So, the question is how singularity arises in the first place. Hinduism says that that process is a black box (“Maya is inscrutable”), Kabbalah simply postulates a “tzimtzum”, Taoism describes just the steps not mechanics, and Buddhism (as well as modern science) does not talk about it at all. I see singularity as the seed of space-time which technically is also all subsequent “objects.”
