Self-realization / Big-bang --> Data --> Energy --> Matter --> Life (Knowing reality) --> Mind (Experiencing --> what? where? when? who? why? How? + first half of the quote) --> Self-realization (I am + second half of the quote) / Big-bang.
That's “Ouroboros” in its entirety. No further explanation is necessary. Neither possible without going in endless self-referential circles. That urge to pin it down into further definitions is ego grasping and trying to reestablish itself as “I am” again.
In other words, I calm the mind to the point I’m able to see that it’s always I that is experiencing. At which point the “nature” of “I am” is obvious.
