Peterson is a (rather dangerous) charlatan. As I see it, he is to clero-fascists what is Harari to neoliberals. Both twist and omit facts for propaganda purposes.

For example, there was no “inequality of gravesite wealth distribution in Paleolithic Europe 10,000 years ago” that I'm aware of. And even if I missed some obscure archaeological evidence, his hypothesis of dominance hierarchies still does not explain 5000 years of egalitarian civilizations build on the same collect-then-redistribute model as the ones where hierarchies were, indeed, present (see e.g. Catalhoyuk, Mehrgarh, or Indus Valley civilization).

Also, his ass-pull that dominance hierarchies are older than trees somehow misses the fact that food chain is a closed circle not a pyramid – or to quote one elementary schooler, “Grass is on the top of food hierarchy because it feeds on the carcasses of animals and there is more of it than there is animals.” Peterson should be told that he lost his superiority of apex predator to grass. That would certainly drive him (even more) insane :D

And so on and so forth.
