Perhaps a bit off topic, but I have the feeling that in Bard's case specifically it is basically useless to talk about some coherent world view, let alone philosophy. Currently he allegedly describes himself as far-right Marxist. I didn't watch the video, but the term itself sounds to me like an euphemism for fascism / fascist collectivism.
In any case, I looked more into his history and where he comes from, and I found out that he's the man behind Army Of Lovers, a one-hit wonder that topped the charts in Europe in 1991 with their song Crucified, aesthetic of which tells a lot about Bard's cultish neo-decadent pornographic (homo-)erotic inclinations.
I would say that, since then, Bard became intoxicated with fame and simply craves world-stage attention and he will do anything for it. Even being a fascist when it's hip. After all, he, similarly to Peterson, simply seems to revel in shocking. Just as a side note, I see a pattern where a lot of artists with “intellectual / spiritual streak” who were relatively famous in 90s and then were quickly forgotten later jumped on the conspiracy / fascist bandwagon as “independent thinkers.”
Thus, I don't think it's cynical to say that where there is hype, you will find Bard with his shocking, apologetic twist on it there. It really bogs my mind, how can people take him seriously. He’s the epitome of a clown. Not the wise kind of one, though. A term like “attention whore” would perhaps describe him more accurately — according to Wiki he was a sex worker in his youth, so whoring and selling out is certainly nothing foreign to him.
