There is a prayer, or rather a saying. A wish, if you will. Simply, a desire. To have peace to accept what we cannot change, strength to change what we can change, and wisdom to distinguish between the two.
And yet, we treat society as binding while we try to manipulate our nature, a reflection of absolute, to comply with our arbitrarily agreed-upon social ways. We live a ritualized, legalistic business deal. And the particular sect, whether it’s the religious one or the secular one, the one which is cautious, or the one which promotes taking risks, does not matter.
We, as humanity en masse, clearly lack wisdom of discernment.
Therefore, I wish you all the fruits of self-realization. Because, exactly as they say that, when finding the Kingdom, all the rest will be added to you, everything else will also follow, when you know who you are.
After all, what is really important, if anything, in the face of our existential situation, if not self-knowledge?
