"Our thoughts, desires, feelings are the inner dimensions of our physical body, [...]. This inner conscious world is the spiritual aspect of our existence, this is the supernatural dimension of the world."

You and I are either different species or you don't know what you are talking about because my thoughts, desires, and feelings are completely natural and inseparable from the body-mind I perceive. Well, technically I perceive only mind because my perception of body is just its mental representation. Anyway.

Thoughts are abstract packets of cognition that usually trigger the Mr. Obvious few 10s-100s of milliseconds later (Mr. Obvious being the internal commentary, aka self-talk, which translates the "gut thought", or direct knowledge, into language and can continue to argue with itself triggering further thoughts).

Feelings are then mental representations (another kind of thought if you will) of "internal" touch, most importantly interoception but also proprioception. They, too, trigger the Mr. Obvious, and in turn Mr. Obvious, triggering a series of thoughts as described above, triggers "internal" touch, i.e. feelings, And this can go on and on in an endless loop.

Desires are merely a different type of thought, a learned entrenched pattern of habitual thinking hinging on instincts (more often that not their actual forms are social constructs built on top of instinctive behavior). They feed on psychosomatic feedback loop described above and are the very reason we suffer (not to be confused with pain which is simply a sensation, a feeling, and there is no way around it).

This all can be seen while meditating or using other methods to observe mind in a subjective setting (btw. neurobiology seems to concur). Then again, as I said, maybe it pertains only to a certain species :D

Greetings from a human being of the Earth ;)
