This is false. The "great sayings" aka Mahavakyas (such as "This Atman is Brahman") clearly state that the "ground of being" is personal. As for Tao and Buddhist Suchness, they don't deal with personality of the ultimate whatsoever (and in any way), and Kabbalah still operates within the confines of Tanakh where God is "I Am That Am", which cannot be more personal.
