Observing what observer is not is the same as looking in the microscope or solving an equation. The rest are just delusions that have nothing to do with self-knowledge. Your definition of a mystic is a straw man. Or, going by your definition, neither mystics nor scientists who don't observe what observer is not have objective knowledge of the nature of subjective experience, thus proof of what we call God.
