None that I'm aware of that are not total BS (e.g. Dean Radin, Rupert Sheldrake, Ian Stevenson, etc.). However, if you consider that information cannot be destroyed, quantum mechanics can be interpreted using cellular automata, and you can construct toy models of universe where all of information can be inferred from any arbitrary point, moreover, if you add the capacity of our minds to create (extremely) accurate simulations to the mix, you can make some educated guesses how it all works.
