No, I intentionally left that part about first person perspective out -- there is identity, I certainly am, and if by local you mean here (and obviously now), then it's local too. But even when I consider consciousness (what you call awareness) as mine (i.e. spatiotemporally tied to human), its lack of attributes makes it absolutely identical across all life forms to the point of being one and the same. There is no separation to speak of. (Not to mention that time and space are concepts, too.)

As for the rest -- "gleaning information about things in universe" is certainly possible -- after all, it's what perception is all about -- and, AFAICT, even in "anomalous" ways, i.e. as (extra)sensory noise that registers in brain and is "rendered" by using and recombining parts of already existing individual symbolic vocabulary. That's as far as my empirical "evidence" (and the most sane explanation) in this regard goes.

Surprisingly even some interpretations of QM allow for interpolation of any past/present/even future information from any spatiotemporal location in universe -- whether that could explain it, however, beats me. I mean, what kind of receiver human would have to be! But is that such a stretch, if so much sensory data gets immediately pushed into unconsciousness / is not within the filter of attention / etc. ? But yeah, those are just speculations on my part.

I definitely wouldn't put my hand in the fire for the rest (psychokinesis, etc). And I'm seriously glad you didn't even mention the utmost pinnacle of "woo" -- reincarnation or, better yet, resurrection :D :D :D
