"Metaphysical" concepts that can be abstracted from observable nature are inherent in it. Not as components but as functions. Exactly as you cannot separate silicon hardware from software - what we call software is always a state (or series of states) of hardware. Don't conflate "metaphysical" with "spiritual". And even what we call "spiritual" is a pretty down to earth, physical affair.

Off topic - I gave "The Secret Doctrine" a go - frankly, even thought it contains some valid observations here and there, I could not even go past the introduction due to the enormous amount of pure rubbish interpretations of Buddhism and Hinduism it contains. If that book is your substitute Bible, I pretty much know all I need to know about your misguided dogma.
