Lol, I had to go back to double-check what I actually said :D ... Well yes, "singular existence" and "singular awareness" are one and the same not that existence is aware or awareness exists (bad wording on my part in my last reply :P). I didn't consider it from the viewpoint you describe, but applying "as above, so below" it's only natural that there's no difference between "existence" of things and experiencing them (i.e. knowledge).

You can also say that experience is generated, then again does change generate? There's allegedly a verse in Gita (could not find it though) that goes something like this, "Creation is only the projection into form of that which already exists." But this is probably just me splitting hairs.

To be honest, my personal experience with meditation has little to do with slowing of experience, not even a complete eradication of inner monologue, but more with "non-reacting". Still, I'm pretty confident that one can "stop the world" the moment one stops to describe it. But yeah, the standard yogic path goes for complete shutdown of mind. Not for the faint of heart or lazy folks like me :D
