Likewise, thank you. I appreciate our conversation too. The two articles on mass-energy-information equivalence only hint at possible solutions with regards to biology. I'm not exactly sure if you will find the answers pertaining to intent in those pieces though, so I'll briefly address it here.

Simply speaking, in the same way as you don't intentionally breath, digest, or make your heart pumping, arising of universe(s) can be viewed as spontaneous activity of God. When it comes to actual structure, a self-regulating system that is equivalent with its source can be viewed as the only system that treats all of its components equally. No part of the universe gets a preferential treatment, not even physical laws. That would square with the notion of an all-loving, benevolent, or impartial creator who upholds (because is) each creation with the same amount of affection.

All in all, the absence of intent does not make the idea of God and all belief in God go away, it only drastically changes the view of who or what God actually is.
