As for the rest -- there is a third option beyond Biblical theology (no different from Jewish legalism btw.) and feelings and dreams. That Way is putting the Jesus' commands to practice and know Him, and thus God, exactly as Jesus is recorder to say in numerous places. After all, if you won't know Him, you won't recognize Him. Thus, you will hardly be able to follow His lead. And yes, that, too, is predicted in Scripture.
