Jung saw intuition as "psychological function that transmits perceptions in an unconscious way" and you, too, mention that "Philemon’s main teaching was “psychic objectivity, the reality of the psyche”" which you further equate with the "intermediate realm" of Sufis “where prophetic inspiration and theophanic visions have their place.” That's the epitome of accessing the "mystical and sacred."

Alas, it's all just a model constructed from sensory perceptions and thinking. Oftentimes, indeed, unaware (or what Jung called unconscious) and also lacking a recognizable symbolic pattern. For example, how would one represent a set of beliefs one holds but is not aware of in a sensible way? Human as a discussion partner is a perfect fit.

And these realms and representations are constructed by thinking which is responsible for creating mental models (i.e. metacognition). So, calling it "predictive" is perhaps not exactly accurate, but psyche is exactly as objective as is knee reflex -- when you are healthy it works whether you want it or not, but you won't find it outside of body (or as a non-physical anything).
