Yes, exactly as memory of hot Sun or lack of thereof is "remembered" in DNA. Though in the case of archetypes, it's not a particular allele, but it's embedded in the overall structure of the brain (exactly as other cognitive capacities -- we don't have e.g. "seeing gene"). It cannot be more simple and consistent than this.
