Metacognitive mind is a boon for some, tragedy and pain in various places for others. After all, it brings to the table the problem of discernment. Basically, it’s a user problem. Since all forces occupy the same interface domain, we may wonder: which part is BIOS, which parts are OS, which are the useful programs that enhance our skills, and what is just dumb cultural application bloatware that makes the system unit lag or even crash? Naturally, none are anything other than what is perceived as the hardware itself, but that’s just the added bonus for the really adventurous.
