If by moral direction you mean any human system of morality based on concepts of good and evil, then clearly no. However, while options are limited and the actual act of choice is always free, effects (or consequences) are deterministic. So, nature pushes such individual (but basically everyone) toward a least harmful path of alleviating suffering in virtue of not resisting, because it's exactly the resistance to causality that creates the notion of suffering. That's why you e.g. find the command to honor your parents in Mosaic covenant (not love or obey, but honor as in accept or come to terms with). And of course, such person is also well aware of their actual inhuman nature. However, they also cannot get rid of their human form while alive unless they resist it. Which, again, would be a source of suffering.
