I was not hinting at attachment, but at seeing things for what (and as) they are. In terms of phenomena, it means that what can be demonstrated, is demonstrable, and what is not demonstrable, does not manifest the way it is allegedly supposed to manifest. And it really does not matter if you call it spiritual or material. What ifs are nice, but without empirical evidence they all belong in the realm of speculation, not serious inquiry.
