As an economist you should know that the elites in DC, NY, and SF know only too well what's going on and they like it. Simple look at the history of German "respectable" industry giants who collaborated with Nazis (Krupp, Junkers, Hugo Boss, Adidas, etc.) should make the point more than clear. And none of them was held responsible at Nuremberg.
