I tend to explain synchronicities in a manner of "partial Laplace's demon," i.e. we are all such "demons", but while we cannot predict all aspects of future with absolute certainty, we can infer the causal streams that lead to the present state of universe with accuracy that is proportional to the amount of our perceptual awareness.
