I just wonder that in none of these articles you mention Dumuzid (Tammuz).
- oldest mention dates back to c. 2600 BCE (the cult, however, must be much older as he's originally a Sumerian deity / king, the cult is also explicitly mentioned in Tanakh)
- he was a shepherd and also a fisherman king (i.e. he was man and god)
- he was essentially a god of sustenance (god of shepherds, agriculture, and milk)
- he was associated with date palm
- he was sacrificed in order for Inanna to escape from the land of dead
- (regularly) dies in March-April (though in 7th century BCE this was moved to June-July)
- (regularly) resurrects in autumn
- according to some sources his father is unknown
- etc.
