I have planted my share of trees. And when I find another suitable place and time I'll plant another one. Now, it's your turn. Or so I would like to say ... oh, wait -- I said it. Anyway, yeah, plant at least a f***ing plant. Or make another obvious change. As for crisis of leadership, I don't know -- I don't need anyone to lead me anywhere.
