I don't say that objectivity is subjective, I say that objectivity is not an opposite of subjectivity. Therefore I urge you to show me other than subjective POV (and, no, subjective mental constructs of such POVs don't count). Good luck with that.
Saying that the rest of galaxy has no input on evolution of life on our planet is rather shortsighted, because e.g. Sun influences Earth, surroundings of our Solar system influence it, the massive black hole in the center of our galaxy holds it all together, and so on and so forth.
Our body didn't evolve to support our nervous system. The opposite would be more true. But most precisely, our nervous system, which is part of our body, evolved *together* with it. Saying that head is central is, again, rather shortsighted--remove your heart, lungs, or liver and lets see how far you will make it (and don't try to argue that we can replace those organs, because it's just the matter of "we cannot replace brain yet").
So yes, as far as we know, universe is mindless at the fundamental level, but so is your brain. To a T.
