There were other places where you implied the same, or something along those lines. But without being in Heaven (that is, Kingdom of God), you are not saved -- you are just promised salvation.

That was not the main point, however, even though the two topics are related -- as eternity is here and now, so is Heaven aka Kingdom of God. Ergo, if you didn't enter, salvation is still a mere possibility for you, and you cannot witness to it.
