Great insights and spot on. But the occult part is a stretch -- in my experience all divination methods are basically just projection tools that help with identifying of unconscious drives. You may try divining with e.g. clouds, water surface, but also Rorschach images, and the results will be the same. And of course one big problem with your occult theory of "predestination" is that before conception (and birth) you had no mind (technically you, as current person, were not) and consciousness as such (even if we consider it a primary "substance") neither thinks nor makes choices. These are observable facts btw.
