Jeez, the whole manifested universe is expression of God no matter its form or formlessness. As I said, the whole of creation is God "speaking".

Which is exactly what I said. It's Joseph Steel, Sender Spike, etc. who exercise that will. And the choosing is free, not of consequences though. Causality is a given. Hence responsibility. So "God made me do it" does not fly. But again, it's the same what I already said and you reiterated (?).
