Frankly, before I met you, I had no clue what is cosmicism or who Lovecraft was. Meanwhile, I went through some of his stories. Well, what can I say -- setting aside his atrocious writing style, I fail to see how his "cosmic horrors" are not anthropomorphic. But that would still be just an aside -- the whole premise that upon encounter with the "inhuman" unknown one would run around screaming in instant madness as that famous character from Munch's painting reminds of Perseus if he'd became instantly swallowed by madness by mere sight of Kraken ... well, but I guess, he would not make it that far, because he would go mad well before that (Medusa has a lot in common with Lovecraft's "hentai-ish" tentacle monsters). But as you can see, my knowledge in this regard is pretty limited, thus I await a more in-depth critical (<- that's the keyword) commentary from someone who knows all the nooks and crannies.

As for the rest -- you base all your arguments on an incorrect assumption that there is some "higher state of mind." I pointed that out numerous times, but you didn't even entertain the possibility that I'm not just pulling it out of my ass. That tells me that you are full to the brim with your ideas of how things are (or ought to be), and no new info can make its way through to you. Did you think that I'm trolling you? I have better things to do with this life. Still, you, as it appears, seem to think that being a "cosmicist" makes you somehow superior (after all you "get it" while the idiots do not) and defend that position, lest you lose your feeling of superiority.

And no, I'm not a "metaphysical monist." I may cite some traditional sources that a lot of people, yourself included, classify as such, but which are more in the vein of non-dualism, which is quite a different animal. But still I do that only because I could not be bothered with reinventing the wheel. Also, what's mystical about “reason being insufficient to know the truth" if that truth "comprises" of much more than reason itself? In my book it’s pretty commonsense.
