Exactly, God is omnipresent. Not immanent and transcendent. Immanency and transcendence require a non-God to be permeated and climbed over by God. And if there is non-God, God is not everywhere at all times. But of course, a truly omnipresent God (without any gimmicks of immanence and transcendence) scares people to death. Ask yourself, why.
