When you look at the probability distribution of phenomena, the ideal curve actually never hits zero. It’s therefore rational and logical to assume that a chance always exists. As there is always Yin within Yang; so there is always Yang within Yin. Flowing as Universe, then, would sit on top of the belly of the bell. That’s how common and available it is.
