Don’t Blame Propaganda

If rank and file Nazis didn’t harbor hatred of Jews to begin with, no amount of Goebbelsian double speak would move them to pogroms. If everyday racists didn’t entertain their delusions of racial superiority deep in their psyche, identity politicians on any side of the aisle would have no talking points left. If you didn’t nourish beliefs that money has the power to buy you a product which can cure that unease in your chest, no ad and hype would ever work on you.

And of course, if you were not scared of death, you would not think that, unless you lie and mislead, you will be taken advantage of.

Advertisement, marketing, politics, religion — if they didn’t resonate with you, they would never succeed.

So, don’t blame those who spread lies and sell you scam — and everyone who ever evaluated a product before introducing it to the market knows that all selling is a scam — the problem is not propaganda. Don’t be mistaken, every propagandist and influencer is as guilty as charged and should be dealt with accordingly, but they just exploit your weaknesses.

If you were strong, they would have no chance.
