Though (and despite the "language difference" you mention), I would probably still question that anthropomorphization of electron. At that level it's basically the mind/data itself. Hence, also the demonstrated physical (or information-energy-matter) equivalency in the universe. And as it seems to me, there really must be some particular macroscopic configuration in order to trigger experiences, that is to say, make them register in consciousness. In that sense, living beings are focal points of large structures of cosmic proportions and electrons get realized in/by living beings. Pretty spectacular and grandiose if you ask me :D Well, and it has also the added benefit of making the responsibilities rather clear :)
