Can We Stop This?

Vast majority of religious people with Messianic beliefs must be stupid as bricks. Otherwise, I cannot explain their misguided reasoning and expectations. “Where is the world peace when I’m still on battlefield killing people right now?” complains one. “Where is the heaven on Earth when yesterday I cheated on my abusive partner and today I had to lie about it?” piques another. “See? The world to come is not here — I can still freely take your purse, sucker!” smirks yet another one.

Like, are you kidding me?

And those were just the most gross and blatant examples. I didn’t touch upon the more subtle forms of violence, cheating, or thievery. Needless to say, there are still also all those images of God everyone carries in their minds, boasting about being the chosen ones, the inability to mindfully rest in wholeness at least one day a week, and so on and so forth.

Of course there is no world of peace and righteousness when you continue to turn Eden into hell.

Now if common sense is not enough for you and you demand a proof, know yourself. Know God and you will not only understand why, but also be able to follow through and change the way you behave. As they say, you will be able to go and sin no more.

The choice is yours, don’t blame anyone else.
