Yes, when it comes down to it, it's exactly as you say. I just added that at some level even physical description of world blurs the distinctions and becomes almost uniform.

I don't think so. Not in a sense of a human or living observer. People usually discover that walls, which animals evade or climb over, are impenetrable no matter what. It's clear that this is not a case of such observer dependent answer.
