Absolutely! If anything, it's exactly the opposite as everything gets leveled in terms of value. Yeah, a change of perspective is pretty fitting -- nothing changes yet everything is different, everything stays the same, yet it makes the whole world of difference.

As for that anomalous cognition -- not only it does not come with enlightenment but, AFAICT, it's not even reliably reproducible as such -- depends on a lot of factors (emotional involvement, mental focus, depth of concentration, etc.) and it's still a hit or miss.

However, I would say -- not sure if you mentioned it -- that enlightenment opens the gate of unconscious wide open. So, those who cleaned up their houses beforehand have smooth sailing after the fact, whereas those who didn't can have pretty rough rides at times (for a time).
